Once your background check report has been completed.
You will receive an email within this email there will be a URL link.
Click on the URL within the email
After clicking on the URL you must enter your Zip Code and Last 4 of your SSN.
We highly recommend printing out and / or saving your completed background check report as a PDF. Please Note: The URL containing your completed background check report cannot be forwarded and the URL will expire once you have viewed and closed your completed background check.
Simply, submit a support ticket online through our website or call our office toll free 877-USA-0036 Local 1-724-218-1827 and one of our friendly staff members will be more than happy to help by sending you another email with a new URL link.
*County / Local Fees are Not included when applicable All additional county court access fees will be a direct pass-through and require additional payment either by the payment method already obtained or someone from our office will contact you.*
