How you will receive your completed Online Ordered Background Check Package:
Once your background check report has been completed.
You will receive an email within this email there will be a URL link.
Click on the URL within the email
Viewing your completed background check report.
After clicking on the URL you must enter your Zip Code and Last 4 of your SSN.
We highly recommend printing out and / or saving your completed background check report as a PDF. Please Note: The URL containing your completed background check report cannot be forwarded and the URL will expire once you have viewed and closed your completed background check.
What to do if you didn’t print or save your completed background check report and the URL has Expired.
Simply, submit a support ticket online through our website or call our office toll free 877-USA-0036 Local 1-724-218-1827 and one of our friendly staff members will be more than happy to help by sending you another email with a new URL link.
*County fees are included unless you reside in one of the following states NY, ME and MT additional county court access fees will apply. If necessary, it would be a direct pass-through and require payment either by the payment method already obtained or someone from our office will contact you.*
